Terms of use

How you Talk, operated by Prakritvi Innovations. Last updated 9 August 2026.

By using this site you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.

What this is, and what it is not

How you Talk is a practice tracker. It measures things about how you speak and offers suggestions. It is not an assessment instrument, not a certification, and not a predictor of how any interview will go. The scores exist so you can compare yourself against yourself over time. They are not a qualification, they are not validated against any external standard, and they should not be used by anyone else to evaluate, select, rank or reject a person.

Part of the analysis is produced by a language model. Language models are confidently wrong sometimes. Read the quoted evidence under each observation and judge it for yourself — that is exactly why the evidence is shown rather than a bare number.

What you record

Fair use of the service

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to build a competing dataset. Automated access is not permitted without written agreement. We may suspend an account that does these things.

Cost

The service is currently free. If that changes, prices will be shown before you are asked to pay, and nothing you have already used will be charged for retroactively.

Availability

This is a young product run by a small team. It may be unavailable, it may change, and features may be removed. We do not promise uptime. Keep your own copy of anything you need — you can download your sessions.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any outcome of a real interview, examination, selection or hiring decision. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account — see Deleting your data. We may end your access if you breach these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
